Shipping

We aim to print, frame and post your order the next working day after the order is placed. During busy periods or when we're running a little low on an item, this may take a little longer. Before placing an order, please check the 'Dispatch date' , this can be found on the product page (below the add to cart button), in the shopping cart and at the checkout.

After the item is dispatched, the amount of time it takes to arrive will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

  • Standard shipping (2-4 business days after production) - £6.99

Changes to your order

If you'd like to make changes to your order, please contact us on hello@cadreprint.com as soon as you can and include as much information as possible e.g. order number, name.

Please note, once the order has gone into production, we may need to charge to cover the cost of any changes. We'll do our best to accomodate within reason, but in some cases we are unable to provide free changes (or a full refund) due to the made-to-order nature of the product.

Returns and refunds

Each product goes through a strict quality control stage before it is dispatched, but If you're not happy with your order we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If you notice frames are damaged or missing, please contact us within 30 days so that we can resolve the problem. We may request photos of damaged frames and packaging for us to get to the bottom of what went wrong.
